1. The Service

Smart Aisle Menu ("we," "us," or "our") provides a free meal-planning tool at smartaislemenu.com that reads the current Aldi weekly advertisement for your area and generates dinner plans, shopping lists, cost estimates, and nutrition estimates based on advertised sale prices. The Service is provided free of charge. There are no paid plans, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You may use the Service without creating an account. Creating an account (including via Apple Sign-In) is optional and only required to save your plans across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; scrape, copy, or redistribute the Service's content except for your own personal, non-commercial use; misrepresent your affiliation with us or with Aldi. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Prices, Availability, and Nutrition Information

Prices shown are estimates derived from the publicly available Aldi weekly advertisement and may differ from actual in-store prices. Product availability varies by store and is not guaranteed. Nutrition estimates are for general informational purposes only and are not medical or dietary advice.

5. No Affiliation with Aldi

Smart Aisle Menu is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Aldi. All trademarks, including ALDI, belong to their respective owners.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. Your meal plans and inputs remain yours.

7. Third-Party Services

Advertisements (Google AdSense) and Amazon Associates affiliate links appear on our website only, at smartaislemenu.com. The iOS and Android apps contain no advertising and no affiliate links. The Service may link to third-party websites; we are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

10. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time, and may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You can delete your account and its data in the app under Account & settings → Delete my account, or by emailing smartaislemenu@gmail.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida.
