Steps
- 1Cook the diced chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat with the taco seasoning, 6–7 minutes until cooked through.
- 2Lay tortillas flat and top half of each with chicken and shredded cheese; fold over.
- 3Cook the folded quesadillas in a dry skillet over medium heat, 2–3 minutes per side, until golden and melty.
- 4Cut into wedges and serve with salsa and sour cream.
